All terms and conditions are within the rules of the Distance Selling Regulations, by purchasing with The Little Love Boutique you are agreeing to abide by these terms.
If your item has been damaged in transit and you require a refund, we request that the item be returned to us at your cost, and a refund will be processed once a claim has been fulfilled by the Royal Mail. Please note, this can take up to 90 days.
Ready-made items are sold as seen, you have a 7 day cooling off period, if the you change your mind during this time, the item must be returned to us at your cost, following written communication as to why you wish to return the item. The refund will be processed once the item has returned to us.
Any items returned to us must be as sold and suitable for resale. Items that have been personalised are exempt from this term and are included in the terms for personalised, as stated below. We recommend any items that are returned to us, to be returned using Royal Mail Recorded Post. This protects the buyer when returning.
In accordance with the distance selling regulations, we will not refund any personalised items. This is due to the nature of the products. Personalisation includes and is not limited to: Colour, Name, Any specifications made by you with regards to the product, size. This is inclusive of made to order items.
A photograph of the item will be provided before it is packed and posted to ensure you approve.
Please allow approx 28 days for your item to arrive with you from the time of ordering, this time will usually be drastically reduced, however during busy periods it could take the full 28 days. We are able to work to specific dates, but please let us know at the time of order. The lead time for your order will be confirmed to you upon receipt of your order. You will always be kept up to date with your order, and when it has been posted.
Our items are for personal use and not for resale.
